Classes Memory

I am still confused whether to create this kind of page and talk about class experience regularly. Let me make an attempt because though all the classes gets repeated at regular interval, almost same menu in that class but still there is something unique about each class which will always be remembered. The uniqueness is because of students in the class.
I am truly got attached to so many of my students that it is more like huge friend circle with a common interest. I have created this blog to bring them all together and share the same.

On 10th Dec11 I had cookies and biscuit class , Teacake with egg class, from morning till evening. Most of the students have traveled from far like kamanahalli, Kalyan nagar, Hebbal. They were happy to attend both the classes at stretch to utilized there day completely. There was Chef Mahesh who is expert in Continental and Indian cooking ,would love to explore more in baking. In the class he was most of the time suggesting about litchi flavor combination which I myself have never got attracted to. But then the way he was taking about blending two fruits flavor was amazing. Wait for my next experiment with Litchi flavor ,I will update  you all soon.

And yes I have made a Plum cake as I said earlier in this class. It was perfect. One mistake I made was I force carrot orange cake to come out from the tin in a hurry. There is a one side broken cake in the next photo. I got little upset but then everyone has taken it so lightly with smile on each face.
